IT distribution for Fiji

Cloud Ready Solutions works closely with partners in Fiji to supply and support enterprise backup, storage, virtualisation and security — the same 12 vendor lines, deal registration and pre-sales engineering our Australian and New Zealand partners use.

What selling into Fiji actually involves

The products are the same ones our Australian partners sell. The practicalities are not.

Subscription products land the same day

Backup and SaaS protection are licences, not boxes. Keepit, NAKIVO and Cibecs can be provisioned for a Fijian customer without a shipment, a customs entry or a freight quote — which is why partners here usually build a recurring services base before touching hardware.

Connectivity shapes the design, not the product

International bandwidth out of Fiji is improving but still costs more than it does in Sydney. That changes how you architect a backup rather than whether you can: local appliance first for fast restores, then a controlled replication window offshore for the air-gapped copy. StoneFly and QSAN appliances paired with cloud tiering are the usual shape.

Hardware logistics and import duty

CRS arranges international freight to destination on every hardware order. Import duty and clearance charges are not included in our pricing and are payable by the partner on arrival — we quote the goods, you plan for the landed cost. Software, subscription and cloud products skip this entirely, which is why most partners start there.

Supply and support through partners in the region

We work closely with our partners in Fiji rather than around them. They hold the customer relationship and handle supply and on-site support; CRS provides the vendor lines, pre-sales design and escalation behind them. Fiji also runs ahead of eastern Australia, so when you need our engineers the call lands inside your working day — not a full cycle behind a vendor desk in the United States or Europe.

Who we work with in Fiji

Fijian MSPs and IT service providers

Multi-tenant backup, SaaS protection and endpoint backup on subscription licensing, with a partner portal for quoting and deal registration. Start with recurring services and add hardware as customers commit to capital projects.

Resellers and integrators

Project-based storage, HCI and DR work with pre-sales engineering support on the design. We quote in your customer’s currency where the vendor allows it and register the deal so your margin holds if another reseller quotes the same account.

Enterprise and public-sector IT teams

Tourism, financial services, telecommunications and government organisations that need a data protection design rather than a product list. We will work with your incumbent IT provider or introduce you to a partner already active in the market.

What you get as a CRS partner

Clear landed cost

Quotes state the currency and the rate before you commit, and we do not re-rate an accepted quote. Import duty is called out as your responsibility on arrival rather than buried.

Deal registration

Register an opportunity across any of our vendor lines and your pricing is protected for the life of that deal, regardless of who else quotes the account.

Engineering you can reach

Pre-sales design, deployment guidance and escalation from our Australian team, in a time zone that overlaps your working day instead of a US or European support queue.

Partner enablement

Vendor training and certification pathways, data sheets and marketing collateral, plus a partner portal for quoting, product information and deal tracking.

Fiji questions we get asked

Through our partners in the region. We work closely with Fijian resellers and MSPs who handle supply and on-site support locally, backed by CRS pre-sales engineering, licensing and vendor escalation from Australia. You get someone in-country who knows your environment, with our technical team and vendor relationships behind them.

Start with something that ships as a licence

Microsoft 365 and SaaS backup provision remotely, with no freight and no customs entry. It is the fastest way to put a recurring line of business in front of a Fiji customer — and usually the gap they already have.
