"End the SharePoint Storage Tax"
Archives cold Microsoft 365 SharePoint files to object storage about 20x cheaper, SHA-256-verifies every copy before deleting the original, and leaves a one-click restore stub in its place.
Open your Microsoft 365 bill and find the SharePoint storage add-on line. Microsoft charges roughly AUD $0.20 per GB per month once you spill past your tenant quota. A single terabyte of cold, barely-touched data — old project sites, finished matters, archived departments — costs about $204.80 a month to sit there doing nothing. ArchiveBridge is Cloud Ready Solutions' own answer to that line item: it moves that cold data out to S3-compatible object storage that costs roughly $0.01–0.016 per GB per month, so the same terabyte drops to around $10 a month. That is about 20x cheaper, and the saving is recurring, every month, forever.
The part most people worry about is deletion, so ArchiveBridge does it in a strict, verified order and never shortcuts it. For every file it processes: Download → hash with SHA-256 → upload to your object storage → verify the stored hash matches the original → only then delete the SharePoint copy, leaving a clickable restore stub where the file used to be. Nothing is removed until the copy is proven byte-for-byte identical. Our line on this is simple: we delete nothing we haven't verified, and every file leaves a forwarding address.
The economics only work because ArchiveBridge never marks up storage. You bring your own bucket, your own keys, your own region — Wasabi is the default and recommended back-end, with regions in Sydney and Melbourne for Australian data residency and no egress fees, so retrieving your own archive never costs you a surprise. It also works with AWS S3, Backblaze B2, Cloudflare R2 and MinIO. Every ArchiveBridge deployment is, quite deliberately, also a Wasabi opportunity.
Compliance was designed in, not bolted on. Microsoft Purview retention labels, litigation holds and eDiscovery holds are detected automatically and excluded — those files are quarantined and never touched. A per-file permission snapshot is captured at archive time, and every action (scan, copy, verify, delete, stub, skip) is written to an append-only, exportable audit log. Anything with unique permissions, a checked-out state or a retention lock routes to a manual-review queue rather than being archived silently.
ArchiveBridge is MSP-first. It is multi-tenant with a proper n-level account tree — distributor → MSP → customer — and billing rolls up that tree rather than sitting flat. You get white-label per-client branding, one-click Microsoft admin-consent onboarding (no GUID pasting, no per-tenant app registration), and an inline cost, charge and margin table so you set your own storage margin per client and see it on one screen instead of back-calculating in a spreadsheet. A recurring policy re-scans and auto-archives newly-qualifying cold files, so this is an ongoing managed service with recurring revenue, not a one-off migration.
For existing UFSConnect and Gladinet CentreStack customers there is a natural fit: ArchiveBridge stub notes can reference the customer's CentreStack portal URL and drive letter, so archived files stay reachable through the same drive mapping staff already use. And to be clear on where this sits next to backup — Keepit protects you against loss and ransomware, ArchiveBridge cuts your storage cost by moving cold data out. Different jobs; they work well together.

Explore the ArchiveBridge solutions available through Cloud Ready Solutions.
Self-service, no sales call, nothing moved
Management-only — you supply the object storage
Management plus CRS-supplied Wasabi storage
ArchiveBridge is Cloud Ready Solutions' own in-house product, built by the CRS team — not a third-party line we resell. We control the roadmap, the pricing and the partner programme. It solves a bill line every Microsoft 365 customer can see, it pairs naturally with our Wasabi, UFSConnect and Gladinet ranges, and it hands MSPs a per-client recurring-revenue service rather than a one-off project.
CRS supplies the whole stack in one place: the ArchiveBridge tool itself, the Wasabi object storage layer sitting behind it (Sydney and Melbourne, no egress fees), local Australian support and engineering, and the partner programme with margin you set per client. Built and supported in Australia, in early access with Australian MSPs and direct customers.
ArchiveBridge vs Buying More SharePoint Storage: Stop Renting Premium Space for Digital Dust
Buying more SharePoint storage is renting premium space, forever, for files nobody opens. ArchiveBridge moves that cold data to object storage you own for roughly a twentieth of the price.
ArchiveBridge vs Vaultastic: SharePoint-Native Archiving on Storage You Own
Vaultastic is a broad SaaS archive platform. ArchiveBridge is purpose-built for SharePoint, uses object storage you own rather than a vendor’s, and is Australian-built with MSP multi-tenancy at its core.
