Keepit for Azure DevOps

Azure DevOps is the backbone of software delivery for thousands of organisations. Work items, pipelines, sprints, and backlogs represent months of planning and execution that nobody can recreate from memory. Microsoft provides no native backup for Azure DevOps beyond basic retention policies that are limited and non-configurable.

Keepit backs up your entire DevOps environment to its own independent, immutable cloud infrastructure, completely outside of Microsoft. Work items, boards, backlogs, sprints, queries, delivery plans, pipelines, and CI/CD automations are all protected with full metadata, including comments, custom fields, and attachments. If a misconfigured pipeline overwrites your sprint board or a departing employee wipes their work items, you recover to a specific point in time rather than rebuilding from scratch.

Backups run twice daily with unlimited hot storage. Federated search locates items across your entire backup history, including a dedicated deleted items view. Smart search handles partial and misspelled terms, and cross-user restores make it straightforward to recover work from deactivated accounts.
