StoneFly DR365V

The DR365V is StoneFly's purpose-built backup and DR appliance for Veeam environments. It's a turnkey "data centre in a box" — Veeam Backup & Replication comes pre-installed on a hyperconverged platform with StoneFly's storage and security stack already configured. No piecing together separate backup servers, repositories, and DR targets.

What makes the DR365V stand out is how it shrinks the attack surface. A typical Veeam deployment has three potential breach points (backup server, repository, network). The DR365V consolidates these into one hardened appliance with automated physical and logical air-gapping on a per-job basis. The three-tier storage architecture (NVMe SSDs for hot data, SAS for warm, cloud for cold) automates data lifecycle without manual intervention.

Recovery is where it really earns its keep. You can spin up VMs directly on the appliance for instant recovery — achieving RTOs and RPOs under 15 minutes. Built-in immutable Object Lock and FileLock guarantee that your backups can never be encrypted or deleted by ransomware. If you're already running Veeam, this is the most straightforward path to air-gapped, immutable backup infrastructure.
